Delivery Information

Orders over £60 receive FREE standard delivery!

Small Items (e.g. Running Headbands)

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) – £3.95

All Other Orders

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) – £4.50

Dispatch Times

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Delivery Times

Tracked 48: Typically 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you’ll love your KitFox order, but if you need to return or exchange something, here’s how it works:

Contact us first: Email mary@runkitfox.com with your order number and details of your return or exchange.

Return period: You have 60 days from receipt to return your item(s). Items outside this 60-day window are not eligible for return.

Condition: Items must be as new and in a saleable condition. All accessories and tags must still be attached, with no evidence of wear.

Packaging: Items returned without their original packaging and tags attached will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Hygiene: We cannot accept returns of hydration items where hygiene seals have been removed, or bottles  that have been filled.

Used or dirty kit: If you return an item that is used or dirty, it will be sent back to you. You will be charged £3.95 to have the item returned to you.

Faulty Items or Incorrect Orders

If your order isn’t right, or if a product develops a fault, we’ll sort it out:

Email mary@runkitfox.com with your order number.

Include clear photos showing the fault or issue.

We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days of us receiving your returned item(s).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
