Delivery Information

UK orders over £60 receive FREE standard delivery!

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) – £3.95

Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) - £4.95

European Deliveries

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and include duties and taxes.

Dispatch Times

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Delivery Times

UK Tracked 48: Typically 2–3 working days from dispatch.

UK Tracked 24: Typically 1-2 working days from dispatch.

European via DHL or Fedex: Typically 3-7 working days from dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you’ll love your KitFox order, but if you need to return or exchange something, here’s how it works:

Contact us first: Email mary@runkitfox.com with your order number and details of your return or exchange.

Return period: You have 60 days from receipt to return your item(s). Items outside this 60-day window are not eligible for return.

Condition: Items must be as new and in a saleable condition. All accessories and tags must still be attached, with no evidence of wear.

Packaging: Items returned without their original packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Hygiene: We cannot accept returns of hydration items where hygiene seals have been removed, or bottles that have been filled.

Used or dirty kit: If you return an item that is used or dirty, it will be sent back to you. You will be charged £3.95 to have the item returned to you.

Return Costs

Returns and exchanges in the UK are free of charge.

If returning an item from outside the UK, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please ensure you choose a tracked method to send your item back to us.
