📦 Delivery

  • Small Items (e.g. headbands): £3.95 Standard (Tracked 48) 
  • Standard: usually 2–3 working days 
  • Orders ship within 1–2 working days

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • 90-day return window for items in as-new condition, with tags and packaging intact
  • Email mary@runkitfox.com before sending anything back
  • Customers cover return postage (unless item is faulty or incorrect)
  • Refunds processed within 7 working days of receiving your return
  • No returns for used, dirty, or hygiene-sensitive items (like unsealed hydration kits)
