  • Free Standard UK Delivery for all orders over £50!
  • Small Items (e.g. headbands): £3.95 Standard (Tracked 48) / £4.95 Express (Tracked 24)
  • All Other Orders: £4.50 Standard (Tracked 48) / £5.95 Express (Tracked 24)
  • Standard: usually 2–3 working days | Express: usually 1–2 working days
  • Orders ship within 1–2 working days (express orders before 12 noon usually ship same day)

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Our "Run-Ready" Guarantee

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in every mile. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer free UK returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase.

    The Details

    To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed (trying them on for fit is, of course, encouraged!).

    • In original packaging with all tags attached.

    • Free from marks (please be careful of deodorant or makeup when trying on tops and leggings).

    Note on Socks: Due to hygiene reasons, socks must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with the seal intact.

    How to Make a Return or Exchange

    1. Start your request: Email us with your order number and the reason for the return.

    2. Download your label: We will email you a pre-paid Royal Mail return shipping label.

    3. Pack it up: Place your items back in their original mailer (or any secure bag) and attach the label.

    4. Drop it off: Take your package to any Royal Mail Post Office or 24/7 Parcel Postbox.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund immediately. The funds will return to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

    Exchanges (The Fastest Way to Get Running)

    Ordered a Medium but need a Small? No problem! We offer free exchanges. We will ship your new size out as soon as your return is scanned at the Post Office, so you don't have to wait for us to receive the old pair.
