I've been following Tracy's adventures on Instagram and TikTok for a while now, and there's a reason she's the first person I asked to join the KitFox family as an ambassador.

Tracy isn't just a runner. She's out hiking, wild swimming, and always seems to find a good coffee and something sweet along the way (honestly, iconic behaviour). I love that her active life isn't just about one sport or one PB, it's about being outside, moving, and enjoying it. That's exactly the energy I wanted KitFox to be built around.

She's also someone who genuinely champions small, local businesses, and as a small business myself, I know exactly how hard it can be to get seen and heard. Having someone in my corner who understands that, and who chooses to support brands like mine, means a lot.

What's really struck me this year is how much Tracy's running has come on, and she puts it down to one thing: consistency. Not chasing fast times, not comparing herself to anyone else, just showing up. And it's paid off. I think that makes her such a brilliant role model, because it proves you don't need to be the fastest to be inspiring. You just need to keep going.

Get to Know Tracy: Quick Fire Questions

We asked Tracy a few quick fire questions so you can get to know her a bit better.

1. Miles or kilometres? Miles

2. Sunrise or sunset runs? Sunrise

3. Trail or road? I enjoy a mix of both!

4. Solo runs or group runs? Depends if I am feeling socially broken! I have a fantastic running buddy though.

5. Pre-run coffee or post-run coffee? Post run coffee and a fancy piece

6. Favourite distance to race? Half marathon, although I've only done one race but ran the distance every month this year. Less pressure on times and more snacks!

7. Where's your favourite place you've ever run? Skye Bridge. Weather was awful but I loved it all the same!

8. Favourite piece of KitFox kit? So far, the shorts. I love them!
